The Difference Between Stretch Marks and Cellulite
I have white marks on the top of my thighs - I can not tell if its cellulite streaks. His white, as was mentioned, and which protrude slightly. Someone could clarify this for me I need to know so that I can find a cream to reduce the visible appearance! Thanks tons!
